1. We are 70% water. Our bodies need lots of water, which needs to be pure from toxins/chemicals/hormones and other substances, but it should contain minerals like calcium/magnesium and have other properties that good living mineral spring water has.
We lose around 1.5 to 2.5 litres of water from urine, sweat and breath and we need to replace this water on a daily basis, along wth the minerals that are lost. These minerals are very difficlut to replace from food, as we are designed to absorb minerals in colloidal form as exist in alkaline mineral spring waters.
Reverse osmosis or distilled water is no good, it is as Sang Whang, author of Reverse Aging, describes as an 'Overkill'. Reverse osmosis and distilled waters do not contain any minerals and other properties that living water should have.
It will result in a net loss of minerals if you drink too much.
2. Filtered water (a simple britta filter for example) is fine, and people like the author Daniel Reid say that it's far better for you then bottled water.
3. Alkaline water is better as it filters as well as ionizes the water. The alkaline water produced is
pure, super charged with -OH ions.
This is an ionic, stable, bias form of oxygen, and it is this that maks the water alkaline. This oxygen is able to travel to the cells where it is required, where it combines with another OH- molecule to give Oxygen and an Alkaline mineral to the cell.
4. The ionizer would also provide minerals in the all important ionic or colloidal form.
5. Ionized microwater will hydrate cells in your body far better then ordinary tap water; the water will reach cells that typical tap water can nott reach. This is because of its micro-clustering, which many experts believe could be a major reason that so many health benefits are observed in human, animals and plants alike from drinking ionized water.
